form located at www.printingbybeth.com (Names, dates ...etc.). Please be sure to include a current
email address when submitting your information to us.
When we receive your information back a proof will be emailed back to you with in 12 – 24 hours for
approval and with your help on taking the extra time to look over your proof, we both can make
sure all of the spelling is correct (Names, dates ...etc.) Changes cannot be made after printing has begun

EMAILS:
We try to answer all emails within 12 hours. Please note that sometimes our
emails go to your junk mail so please check it.
Approval of Proofs:
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the final proof and layout of all orders prior to
actual printing. Once the final proof has been confirmed and approved, no further changes can be made to
that order.
Please review the final proof carefully before approving your order. Once you have approved and signed off on your proof Printing by Beth will not be responsible for errors in spelling, errors in grammar, punctuation,
graphics, fonts, colors or content
Returns and Refunds:
Due
to the personalized nature of each project,
all sales are final. Once approval signatures have been received on your final proof, refunds cannot be
given.
Samples and shipping charges are non-refundable.
