(USPS) Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. Please note that if an order is shipped via
USPS
Priority Mail, we will not be able to track the package.
Tracking is available
for a additional cost.
We will not be liable for lost (and undelivered) packages.

Please understand
that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, Christmas mail or other conditions, . We will do our
best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order.
Printed orders can take up to 7 days to process
depending on
the processes involved and stock availability.
Invitations that Require Assembly can take up to 12-14 days.
Orders of 40 of less may only take 2-3 day to
process.
Rush Services:
Orders
of 40 of less may only take 2-3 day to process. Rush Services cut that time in half; we will email you with a printing
/ assembly schedule
Invitation Returns
All sales of printed items are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for approved items.
Please proofread
all wording on your invitations,
reply cards, picture, ect thoroughly.
Please Note:
Once
you approve your invitations layout we will send you a schedule date of when your invitation will be printed. Once you
approve your invitations no more changes can be made to the layout. It is your responsibility to make sure all wording, spelling,
locations, names, ect are correct.
There is a $30.00 cancellation / restock
fee on any canceled orders.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEM RETURNS:
Item return because
of miss print or wrong item and has been approved by you.. There is a 5.00 return item fee if item
has been printed and approved by you. (This excludes Invitations) This return policy is only for Reception
cards, Envelopes, Menu cards, Favor tags, Table cards, Wine labels Please Note: All refunds are paid by check and can take up to 7-10
day to be mailed to you
